Our Meditations sessions are simple and one only needs to relax and follow simple directions.
They begin with a brief universal prayer, followed by a couple of simple chants to help relax the body, open the heart, and concentrate the mind. The silent meditation periods themselves are divided into two parts each about 20 minutes long. One may leave after the first meditation period, or stay until the end. The program ends with an affirmation, and a short universal healing prayer. Chairs are available or you can sit yoga-style on the floor.
