One of the most interesting journeys we can take is the journey into our subconscious mind. Your subconscious sends you messages constantly, but often we don’t have a way to access or understand those messages. Through the analysis of your dreams, you can utilize a method for regularly tapping into the messages and the wisdom of your unconscious.

The method you will learn in this workshop is derived mainly from the theoretical and clinical work of Carl Jung, who at one time was a student of Sigmund Freud. Where Freud seemed to believe that a dream symbol meant the same thing to every dreamer, Jung believed that each dreamer creates his or her unique symbolism. Therefore, each person is the only reliable source to interpret each dream symbol.

You are about to become the world’s greatest expert at analyzing your particular dreams.

Please bring a notebook and a pen or pencil to take notes. Handouts needed for the process will be supplied. A transcript of a recent dream (one where you woke up and wrote it down immediately is best) will be very helpful for practice.

Patricia Scott is a Certified Martha Beck life coach specializing in working with people who have chronic pain conditions. She is also a Reiki practitioner, a Nia Black Belt Instructor and a RYT 200 yoga instructor. She has been tracking her dreams for decades, gaining valuable insight and wisdom.
