Let's see 56 Up at the Sun Ray Cinema.

"Give me the boy until he is 7, and I will give you the man." — St. Francis Xavier. The premise of this series of documentaries is to revisit a group of Brits to see how they're getting on. The first one was called 7 Up; not to be missed by any true fan of the documentary craft. Let's meet in the lobby 6:45 ish, or join us in the theatre and/or afterwards at a nearby 5 Points bistro. A $2 donation is appreciated to defray the cost of using this website.

The movie was great! Learned a little more about the group too: Chris, all you need are a pair of horns and you would be the perfect devil's advocate; Mike, you make a great Jagger; Fred, I like the way you think; Scott oh the stories you could tell about Savannah. All in all, a great evening!

Thanks, Cherrie, great movie & discussion, even with some friendly disagreements, and even those are part of intellectual growth.

As with any good documentary, this film inspired a very spirited discussion afterwards at nearby Starbucks. We did truly look for Susan and hope she will give our group another shot in the future.

I have followed this film concept for years and always find it fascinating each time they check on the children (now adults) involved. Recently read a review in NY Times that added to upcoming excitement.
