What recession?

This group is for people who are financially independent and those who have a goal to be financially indepedent. It is also for those of us who do not let outside factors like the economy dictate whether or not we achieve our goal. I envision this group meeting monthly to discuss:

1. strategies and gameplans to achieve our goal
2. markets, the economy, and investment ideas
3. each of us being a source of motivation for each other to stay on track
4. bringing in outside experts, when possible, to speak to the group on relevant topics
5. helping each other to plan what we will do with out financial independence
6. sharing in our success by taking trips, etc. as we reach our goal
