Buddhism at home and at work
The drop-in meditation classes offer an introduction to Buddhist view and practice with the emphasis on how we can practically apply these in our daily life to solve our problems and experience inner peace. Also is explained what is meditation and how we can meditate ourself at home.
Each class starts with a short meditation for relaxation, followed by an introduction to the subject of the night. To conclude we meditate on what has been discussed during the class. There is plenty of opportunity to ask questions and afterwards there is coffee or tea.
The classes are guided by Aurora Ariza Tello. She is a student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and explains Buddha's teachings in a simple, joyful and practical way that inspires everyone.
Each class is self contained and booking in advance is not necessary. There is an entrance fee of 8 euro per class. Everyone is welcome.
