Pernatal yoga is appropriate for any trimester with any level of experience in yoga including beginners.
Classes are designed and sequenced to help alleviate common discomforts in pregnancy and to prepare moms for labor and early motherhood. Thrive Prenatal Yoga teachers are certified and trained specifically in Prenatal Yoga.
Asana (postures) practice targets tight and tired lower backs and opens hips.
Sequences will help to strengthen legs and prepare the body for childbirth.
Pranayama (breathing exercises) practice will lead to increased vitality and train moms-to-be to manage pain through breathing.
Visualization and concentration techniques will build confidence and calm.
Flexible for our Pregnant times:
Thrive offers many Prenatal Yoga classes per week. If you miss a class, you may make up the missed class in one of the other Prenatal Yoga classes. Kindly, make-up your missed class before your session end date.
To stay fit and comfortable in pregnancy, we recommend yoga two to three times per week.
Prenatal Yoga Sessions are 8-weeks. BUT you can join a session at anytime for a prorated fee or drop-in for a single class for $20. See the front desk to enroll mid-session.

Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays
