What is your fitness goal?

Gain endurance and get stronger without getting bulky

What steps are you taking to better your health and fitness?

I'm pretty active; I try to workout daily. I enjoy running, volleyball, and yoga.

What motivates you to get and stay fit?

Looking and feeling good, and being able to keep up

I go to 24 but I'd much rather go outside and play.
