Fit, Fun and Over Fifty Meetup is the brainstorm of a group of women who seek the camaraderie of other women of a certain age in pursuing their wellness goals. Fitness and healthy living are very important at this time of life, especially as they relate to maintaining an optimal weight and a positive outlook. And what better way to stay motivated than to receive the support and encouragement from your best girlfriends? When is the last time you had a good belly laugh? Belly laughs are common with this group!
Our activities will vary and could entail cycling, walking, hiking, swimming, weight training, snowshoeing, cross country and downhill skiing! We will also focus on healthy living, so empowerment and cooking classes may also be offered. Active women over fifty and living in the southwest/west Denver area will most likely benefit from this group!
Your organizers take a great deal of time to research and organize activities. Please be courteous to RSVP as timely as possible. Anyone with more than three no shows will be removed from the group.
