A fitness and socializing group for anyone 55 and above, "Baby Boomers", who like to stay fit, active, and healthy! You don't necessarily have to be in that age range to be a part of our group, but if you love staying fit in the daytime, live a (reasonably) healthy lifestyle, love exercise in a group setting, and (it helps) if you love the popular culture of the time period when most "Baby Boomers" were growing up (rock n' roll, drive in movies, etc.), then this group is for you!
We meet at a variety of locations in the Tri City for group exercise classes and we also do after exercise get togethers (pot lucks) with either a retro '50's/'60's movie show, or just hanging out after.
The whole point is to stay healthy, stay fit, keep moving with exercise classes designed for Baby Boomers, and most of all, to have FUN!
