Get fit and have fun with your children! We meet at locations in Avon, Brownsburg, and Plainfield for fitness classes for moms, play dates and field trips.

A nationally certified group fitness instructor with specialty training in pre- and post-natal fitness offers total body fitness classes designed for moms to do with their children along for the ride in the stroller. Classes will provide cardio, strength and flexibility exercises, along with entertainment for the children. We use songs and games to keep the little ones entertained, while you get a challenging workout that is appropriate for all levels of fitness. It’s a fun way to get and stay fit without needing to leave your children, as well as another chance to socialize with other moms and be a great role model for your children. Moms with children of any age are welcome to the club, but only children who are able to ride in a stroller may attend the fitness classes since children must remain in the stroller during class. Women without children, as well as moms whose children are otherwise occupied (school, etc.), are also welcome to attend the fitness classes.

Please see the files section for class cost information. New attendees will be able to try out two classes for free. There is no cost to attend non-class activities, unless we are meeting at a location with an admission fee (zoo, children's museum, etc.).
