Anyone can call themselves a personal trainer. My goal is to not sit there and sympathize with you. What I advocate is based on research and results and not hit and miss methods of trial and error. You will not follow a generic program, but a program that is designed, developed and most beneficial for you.

I'm dedicated, organized, serious and passionate about what I do and it is evident. This is not a part time job for me. This is my profession and if you are not achieving results, then I'm not doing my job and that's not going to happen. My methods are indeed effective. I deliver consistent results and that is my top-notch priority.

I believe that in order to achieve any goal, especially fitness goals, you must first define smart and realistic goals. Remember, there is no quick fix. You did not get to where you are over night, nor are you going to get to where you want to be over night.

The number one factor for success in a fitness program is social support. While the support can come from your spouse, brother or sister, child, mom or dad, friend, neighbor, or co-worker, it’s a proven fact that individuals have a greater chance of sticking to an exercise program when they have to be held accountable by someone like myself. We are a team, so don’t try and do this on your own. Social support is important in your quest for better health and fitness. I am going to motivate you as much as you will allow me, and if you put forth the effort you will experience results.



And don't over-think things too much. Everything else besides the above is just details.
