This group will serve as a resource to connect people who are interested in living a healthy lifestyle, getting fit, eating right, losing weight or training for an event. We will come together to learn the science of exercise and nutrition, have weight loss contests, have social events that do not foil all the hard work we put in during the week, and form a network of support.

What to expect: seminars on basic/advanced exercise and nutrition topics; social events that do not center on food and drinks; group exercise opportunities; practicums to learn basic and advanced weight lifting; and whatever else we can come up with to support our goals.
