This meetup is a small group training limited to 3 people per session. Each Meetup will take place in my fully furnished Personal Training Studio in New City, NY. I am open to suggestions as far as what each session will consist of...Maybe one week we'll have a full body circuit training class...Another week focus on Abs,etc... or if we decide to meet multiple times every week we could get real serious and I would gladly design a progressive workout routine.
I'm a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I see clients privately during one-on one sessions and I'm starting to hold small group training sessions at my studio. Small Groups are excellent as they help keep costs down and I'm still able to give attention to each person. My priority with every session is to give each person a great workout - If this is something you could benefit from - COME JOIN! Let's have some fun and workout...
