Standard Tuesday session - Running intervals with a little conditioning.
This week we will be alternating shorter intervals with some endurance work.
Session suitable for all levels and is completely free. Water available but no secure valuable storage i am afraid.
Please turn up promptly as we will start training at 20:40 whatever the weather! If you decide not to come please cancel your RSVP as it helps with planning.
Meet just inside gate 6 between the bike locks and the security box. I will wear a red t-shirt.
