To be honest, I'm pretty new to fitness and I'm not sure what my overall goals are beyond burning fat and becoming stronger. My husband does yoga (I've tried it a couple times), and while I respect and admire the art, it's just a little too spiritual for me. I don't understand what they mean by "Lower your ribcage and breathe through your spine." Kudos to those who find enlightenment through yoga, but I favor a more down-to-earth method of training for both body and mind. I ,therefore, thought that I would try boxing. I took a boxing class in college (about a billion years ago) and I really enjoyed it.
