Difficulty Rating: 1 out of 5 as this is just a leisurely walk.
Let's take in the beauties of Fall/Winter in a botanical gardens right in our back yards. The trip around is about 2 miles and sometimes we go twice around, on slightly different trails. Admission is $5 for adults ($2.50 for kids under 17 and seniors), with annual passes available (some people are members and can get a guest in for free. I can do 3 guests on first come basis). Most of the trails are paved but if it's not too muddy, we can do some of the nature trails in the woods. We'll meet inside the main entrance into the visitor's center (straight back from the entrance to the park). The park opens at 10 so everyone can wait inside now that the fall/winter season has set upon on.

We usually do walks every Tuesday and Thursday around one of the Reston lakes, and occasionally have outings, usually walks, on Saturday. People that are interested in leading walks or have ideas for other activities should let me or one of the assistant organizers know and we can assist in setting something up.
