Need a walking partner? Tired of the same routine? Looking to make friends and keep motivated to stay active? This group is to encourage all of the above. The focus is to stay active, stay motivated and help each other in their endeavors to either lose weight or just keep in shape.
This group is open to trying all sorts of activities, both in the gym and outdoors. Check the message board frequently and if you have something of interest, post it!
We usually do walks every Tuesday and Thursday around one of the Reston lakes, and occasionally have outings, usually walks, on Saturday. People that are interested in leading walks or have ideas for other activities should let me or one of the assistant organizers know and we can assist in setting something up.
