Hi, I live in Reston and am always looking for people to exercise with and keep me motivated :)
What activities do you want to do with the group?
Walking, hiking, biking and any sports related activity geared toward my age group (50's), especially raquetball, tennis or bowling.
What is your main reason for joining this group?
Meet like-minded people about my age interested in healthy exercise. I don't like the bar scene anymore!
Have you done any instruction in the past or currently in activities such as tennis, water sports, etc. that you would be interested in teaching the group?
