Another Crossfit bootcamp workout at Morley Field, led by Randy, Crossfit instructor and personal trainer.
After an introduction to proper movement mechanics and a quick warm-up, you will be led through a series of exercises at an intense, challenging pace. Each workout is unique and offers it's own set of exercises utilizing various equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, etc. and shows you different ways of working on getting more fit. You can really take this stuff with you.
Fee is $10 per person, however your first time is FREE.
