Either way this will be a fantastic workout. If you have never done CrossFit at a CF gym this is a superb introduction to some of the basic foundational movements and structure of a CF class.
The workout will be scalable for all fitness levels. Don't get me wrong you will put in a massive amount of work and sweat. However it will be the fun kind that's impossible to hate.
We start at 10am so please arrive about 5 minutes early.
