CrossFit San Diego is proud to Present Fitness Hooligans!!
Fitness Hooligans are all about ending the mind numbing and agonizing pain of typical cardio you do in a gym. My ideal workout will combine strengh, conditioning, community, and fun workouts that will keep you interested. I'll teach proper form in the squat, press, deadlift, pull up, and all the variations of each exercises.
We are going to go old school on our equipment by using things like sandbags, kettle bells/dumbbells, sloshpipes, med balls, benches to jump on,tires, sledgehammers, and rings. There might even be some rock throwing for distance involved.
What to expect from Fitness Hooligans:
- Core strength and a tighter back side
- Average five pounds of weight loss
- Function that will apply to any sport as well as every day life
- Accountability of goals for maximum results
- Increase in strength and cardiovascular endurance
- Increase in coordination and agility
- Have a blast working out with like-minded, motivated people
A little about me:
I sit at a desk staring at a monitor 8 hours a day 5 days a week and I can feel my desk and chair slowly robbing me of my strength, flexibility, and overall happiness. What ever happened to physically testing your body to it’s max potential by breaking through mental and physical barriers. Do you remember that life you wanted to live when you were young? Running around, climbing trees and mountains, and exploring the world.
3 years ago I weighed 188lbs and my double chin had it’s own chin. I made a promise to myself that I would never be this way again. I found a great fitness program and it shattered my reality on what fitness actually was.
I completed the CrossFit Level 1 trainer certification and lead group training at CrossFit San Diego. I love this CrossFit because it provides an ever changing program that constantly tests my physical abilities. This fitness class will help prepare you for any physical situation thrown at you since it’s core foundation is built upon functional movement. When I'm outside working out I like to think that I’m training myself to not suck at life.
