HI Im Colleen - Im a long time workout fanatic, & have lost weight over the years, but never really got it to stick. Im on another downgrade on the scale & am looking for new workouts to help me achieve my weight loss goals :)
This is a great, hard-working workout! All levels can come & feel comfortable, which is a total plus for it too! & the trainer is knowledgable & gives good guidance !
