This group is for anyone who is looking for a fitness program that will offer them more than just a workout. We are looking for people who want to work on their fitness level and also learn some great self-defense skills. Inspired by taekwondo and jiu-jitsu, our program will teach you basic self defense as you develop your personal wellness.

The program is geared towards adults who would like to improve their fitness level. You do not have to be in great shape to get started, your physical endurance and your ability to recognize and neutralize dangerous situations will improve with time and attendance. We know that everyone has their own personal strengths and weak areas, so our exercises are designed around timed drills rather than numbers of repetitions. Our kickers always encourage each other to do their best. With a positive attitude and support from your friends, any fitness goal is achievable!
