Free Vbarre Workout

Join us and instructor Michele Gordon for a free Vbarre Workout! 

Location: Hudson River Park - Pier 25 (West Side Highway at N. Moore Street. - grassy field past the mini golf and playground ) 

What to Bring: Mat


Vbarre is a workout designed to tone, trim, and transform the body with a fusion of ballet, Pilates, and resistance training. Utilizing a barre, band, ball, and glide board, and blending dynamic movement with calorie-blasting cardio; Vbarre targets those trouble zones such as the hips, thighs, glutes, and core delivering one powerful workout with amazing results.

    Hey All! As mentioned earlier, I'll be teaching tonight. I am so excited to sweat with all of you!! Although a mat is suggested because we'll be outdoors, it is not necessary. That being said, I do suggest you bring a towel with you. The towel will protect your knees/hands/back from the ground. Make sure your legs and core are ready and just bring yourself, some water, and a mat or towel. If you don't have a mat/towel, it's fine. You just may be more comfortable with 'em!

      We wont have extra mats, and some of the movements will be performed on the ground. So its all up to your comfort level.
