EXTREME MARTIAL ART WORKOUT...... mat work; grappling,judo throws,rolls, and kickboxing and boxing drills on pads, situps,pushups and YOGA stretches. Work on distancing, control and angle attacks, street self defense and competition MMA fighting. Working with partners(paired up) and me.......EQUIPMENT you will need is Boxing gloves, Shin pads, mouth piece, shorts and long workout pants, long sleeve tight fitted armour type shirt(stretchy material) wrestling shoes IF YOU DON'T WANT TO INVEST IN THE EQUIPMENT THAT YOU NEED THEN MAKE DO WITH WHAT YOU GOT......... YOU SHOULD BRING WATER AND A TOWEL......hours are as follows; FIRST CLASS 8AM-9:30AM...SECOND CLASS 9:30AM-11AM MON., TUES., WEDS., THURS. UNLIMMITTED AT THOSE TIMES.
