Hi my name is Kimko, I started this group because of how I trained in the past for my sport(Boxing and Kickboxing) I was professional ranked and I trained myself over the years and studied on what worked and what didn't work for me. I know if I had a trainer who knew as much as I do now I would have been unstoppable. I did train with some great Martial Arts Teachers but in separate styles, which took up valuable time and EXPENSE $$$$$$$$$! I have been training private lessons to people who can afford me hourly$$$.$$. But I also want to train people who are into competition OR BEGINNERS STAGE. Now who am I?...... I've train in Martial Arts for 38 years I have black belts in Kung-Fu San Sui(7th degree), Tang-Soo-Do(1st degree), American Kenpo Karate(1st degree), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu(blue belt 5years) Judo(never ranked trained many years) I competed in POINT KARATE TOURNEMENTS(1973-88) I was Ca. middle weight BOXING AAU champ 1978-82 turned pro 1982-84, Professional KICKBOXING from 1982-90 rated 8th in the world. NOW I HAVE A WORKOUT THAT IS MADE FOR THE EXTREME MARTIAL ARTIST! THE WORKOUT CONSIST OF: EXPLOSIVE OFF THE LINE ATTACKS, STANDUP GRAPPLE SITUATIONS, DOUBLE LEG TAKEDOWN AND JUDO THROWS(builds leg endurance, UNTIL WE GET TO THE MATS FOR; rolls, throws, grappling, and situps. WE WILL CLEAN UP YOUR PUNCHES AND KICKING WITH FOCUS MITTS AND MUAY THAI PAD DRILLS.
