Our group focuses on running, run/walk, and walking training for 5k, 10K, half and full marathon races. Our club's Head Coach is Dan Alarid, highly accomplished endurance runner for over 30 years.
You don't have to be an experienced runner to join our group. Many of our members will be completing their first marathon this year. Some of our members have already completed several marathons and races.
We focus on serious training, but also have many social events, and encourage our members to participate in business networking.
We meet three times per week (See "Calender" for Meetup locations):
- Tuesdays at 6:00 pm.
- Thursdays at 6:00pm.
- Saturdays at 7:30 am.

Nice and easy recovery run in and around Elk Grove Park. Run the time or distance for your schedule. Yes on laughs, no on speed shows (saved for Tuesday night at the track).
