Breath, Movement, Meditation. Qigong (chee-gung) provides all in an easy to learn, gentle way that is great for all regardless of age or fitness level. Qigong is the "gentle mother of Tai Chi": unlike Tai Chi's martial arts focus on precise movement, qigong encourages you to work your body in any way that feels right for you, modifying movements if need be. You don't need special clothing or equipment. You'll leave feeling both energized and relaxed. Sessions change a bit all the time so you aren't expected to "memorize." Just flow. I became a certified Qi Gong instructor because it helped my aching back and neck but have come to find the joy and peace in the meditative aspects as well.
