My wife and I retired and moved to Flagstaff from the Seattle area last September/October, and are getting the next phase of our lives going. We are retired but not retiring.

Tomorrow i will be doing weights for the first bit and i might be getting there closer to 11:15 but look for a red/grey shirt, and if the bike is open at 11:30, that's about when i will be looking to get on it.

I think so. It's not cheap if you are going to make most of these, paying for individual trips, but it's a good way to figure out whether or not it will work well enough for you to justify a month or 6 month membership.
