Is there still space for another for this event? If so, I'd be interested in taking part. I'm a big fan of NPR and missed it greatly when I was was living in Lake Havasu for a year.

Dave, please come! If we have some folks who can't make it we well need the help, if we have too many people then one or two folks might go and have coffee somewhere instead..

To avoid crossing through campus, another option from downtown Flagstaff is to take Butler Ave east to Lone Tree Road, (Wildflower Bread Co is located in the Aspen Place plaza at this intersection). Turn onto Lone Tree Rd and head south to the second traffic light where it meets Pine Knoll Drive. Turn right onto E. Pine Knoll and proceed a short distance to the 4-way stop intersection where San Francisco St meets Pine Knoll. Turn left and head up hill, passing the South Commuter Parking Lot on your right, NAU Police on your left, and toward the NAU bus barns. Bear left at the top of the drive, passing the bus barns. KNAU is the furthest building down, one story, with a red roof. Sorry for three posts but it only allows so many characters. :)

DIRECTIONS: The driveway to KNAU’s studios is just off of East Pine Knoll Drive, at the intersection (4-way stop sign) where San Francisco Street meets East Pine Knoll. There will be a folding sign board at the intersection saying “KNAU Pledge Drive” that will direct you where to go. We are located in Building 83 on NAU’s South Campus.
From downtown Flagstaff, one option is to follow San Francisco Street south through the middle of the NAU campus until it ends at the intersection with East Pine Knoll Drive. At that point, you would proceed across the intersection onto the drive that heads up hill passing the South Commuter Parking Lot on your right, NAU Police on your left, and toward the NAU bus barns. Bear left at the top of the drive, passing the bus barns. KNAU is the furthest building down, one story, with a red roof.

VOLUNTEER SHIFT: You are scheduled for the 10 am to Noon shift on Saturday, October 26. Please plan to arrive about 15 minutes early so there’s time to get settled with some refreshments and go through a brief orientation before the shift begins. FOOD: We will have coffee, tea, juice, water, fruit and some tasty treats donated by Sugar Mama’s.

PARKING: Parking permits are not required on the weekends. Please feel free to park anywhere near the radio station or in the large commuter lot which you pass on the right side of the driveway on the way up to KNAU.

WHAT TO BRING: Noisemakers!! If you have a cowbell, horn, maracas, or any other fun noisemaking device please feel free to bring it. This is our 30th anniversary pledge drive and “celebration” is the ongoing theme!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
