MLK Day - project Kickoff meeting

Hello team!

As discussed at the Steering Committee meeting, The Flagstaff Freethinkers, are looking to organize a community-wide service, and education day, in-line with the presidential call to action on this day. It's a beautiful and fitting tribute and Flagstaff hasn't had an organized event, yet. It's time we fixed that.

I have already reached out to some local organizations including some groups on campus but there is a LOT more to do with regards to outreach and organization and it's time to get a team together!

I'm calling a project kickoff meeting for THIS Friday (there's no Friday night event) the 15th - 5:30PM at the APS conference room. "Food" will be provided and To discuss what outreach has been done so far and put together next steps. Most of the initial efforts will be around networking with other entities in the community so if you can't make the initial meeting, but still want to be involved in the event organization, let me know I'll add you to the discussion thread

Thanks all!!
