The National SSA Presents: The Faces of America’s Most Secular Generation

This is an open free event, not just for the Flagstaff Freethinkers, but a welcome for discussion with the public as well. Please invite your friends and family to attend as well and help us spread the word.

About the event:

The NAU Secular Student Alliance and the Flagstaff Freethinkers invite you to hear from students, parents and national leaders - and participate in the conversation about the growing secular movement and the students that are in the center of it all. There will be a panel and Q&A session.

We will be in room 200 of SBS West. There will also be wayfinding signs when you get there. Free parking will be available at the south commuter lot on the SW corner of the same intersection.

Featuring:

August Brunsman, Executive Director of the Secular Student Alliance

Amanda K. Metskas, Executive Director of Camp Quest, a secular kids program and co-author of "Raising Freethinkers: A Practical Guide for Parenting Beyond Belief"

Seráh Blain, Board of Directors of the Secular Student Alliance and former Executive Director of the Secular Coalition for Arizona

Carver Thomason, President of the Secular Student Alliance at NAU

Moderated by:

I have my kiddo this night and would be glad to provide childcare for anyone who otherwise would not be able to go!

Bill

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
