Hello, and welcome to Flathead Valley Singles. This is a group whose members organize and participate in a wide array of activities, both outdoor and indoor, that is meant to bring area singles together for fun, friendship building, and relationships.
Put away your debit card, membership in Flathead Valley Singles is free! There are, however, a few rules that you must adhere to to become and stay a member.
1. YOU MUST BE SINGLE. In case there is any confusion as to what single is, I'll define it for you: A single person is someone who is not involved in any type of monogamous relationship and is therefore available to date. That being the case, you will never have to wonder what the relationship status is of the person you're interacting with.
2. Post as many photos of yourself on here as you like, but YOU MUST POST AT LEAST 1 PHOTO OF YOURSELF THAT CLEARLY SHOWS YOUR FACE. If it is a photo that includes you with another individual in the photo, indicate which one is you. If a photo hasn't been posted within 5 days, your account is subject to deletion.
3. ANSWER A FEW SHORT QUESTIONS ABOUT YOURSELF. They are minimally intrusive questions that you should have no issue with answering. Some questions are only applicable to those members who joined after 2.3.2016.
4. YOU WILL NOT POST AN EVENT ON FVS AND THEN CROSS-POST IT ON ANOTHER MEETUP SITE, OR VISA VERSA. Cross-posting was once allowed, but what initially seemed like an innocent and good idea eventually grew out of hand and led to much confusion as to who was single and who wasn’t at the cross-posted events. Event Organizers will have to use their judgement in determining which meetup group would be best served by the event they have in mind. If it seems like an ideal event for singles to participate in, post it on FVS. If it seems like it’s an event better suited for a mixed crowd, post it on Segue and/or Outcast, Rocky Mountain Explorers, etc.
By clicking the "Join Us!" button at the bottom of this page you are confirming that you have read, understand, agree to, and will abide by the rules stated above.
