Join us (in my home) for a Scrappy evening on the second Friday of every other month, from February through October, and explore fun and exciting scrapbooking techniques!  We will make a 2 page, 12x12" layout at each class, experimenting with different layout designs, stamping and scrapbooking techniques, and all the latest and greatest Stampin' Up! papers and embellishments.  If you're wanting to launch into the world of scrapbooking, or have a ton of photos sitting around collecting dust, waiting to be put into albums, then these are the classes for you!

Here is a link to the layout we are making at this class: http://www.meetup.com/Flathead-Valley-Stampers/photos/18990282/.  The title/theme is "Everyday Life" -- i.e. a general type of layout that you could put any pics into you wanted.  Of course, the title can be whatever you want it to be.  Things you'll learn in this class is how to alter the look of the Natural Composition papers by adding various inks, how to make "ribbed" leaves with a crimper, and vintage looking flowers.  If you have photos printed in sepia or black and white, they would look lovely in this layout.  I used 6 photos cut to 3x3" size, but you could alter that to 3x6 photos and still accomidate the layout.

Class fee is $10 or free with a $30 order.

As always, friends are welcome, just include them in your RSVP! Space is limited to the first 10 to RSVP.

Stampingly,

Beth Anderson

Directions to my house: Go North on Stillwater Road -- make a sharp left to go around the LHC Gravel Pit -- continue North on Stillwater Road.  Turn Right on Jossie Lane -- look for a row of mailboxes on the left, and a long row of pine trees on the right -- that's our road.  We are the first house on the left -- 151 Jossie Lane.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
