Join us for our Tuesday Night track workouts!  Distances range from 3-5 miles.  The track is a great place to work on improving your form and your speed!

      Sadly I won't be able to make it tonight, have to work late. Life of a nurse :-( But I will be there next week for sure.

    Not sure how I answered yes, but tomorrow is super hectic, so I am more of a maybe than a yes! I have it on my calendar and really want to attend. But I JUST started "running". More of a run, walk and can't go very far. Not 3 miles! Is this group appropriate for me?
