Good one Sandy. Did you find it this way, or set it up?

David, I was finishing my bicycle ride and as I was heading up my block, this is exactly how I spied one of my neighbor's garbage cans. I thought it was a Kodak moment so I went home grabbed my camera and then shot a few without disturbing anything. I selected this one because I liked the fact that the light was shining on the garbage can - not the poor face of the discarded toy. Interestingly, it was selected by the moderators on the NPN photographic website as the top shot in photojournalism for the period.

Thanks Jim, it was such a simple thing, but it called out to be photographed as I rode by the garbage can.
