    A very pretty vista Gabrielle. It looks like it may have been difficult to get near waterfowl at that point.

    Actually there was an eagle in the tree above me that had just flew away. I had a long lens on the camera and could just shoot myself for not switching to a wide angle as the vista was quite nice. LOTS of birds there. I have never seen so many different ducks, and other assorted waterfowl. They even had a bird blind which had all kinds of different sliding windows that you could open and close depending on which way you wanted to face. And a driving tour through the refuge. If any of you ever go through that area, it is just off of I95 and well worth the free 4 mile drive through the refuge.

    It's probably no more than 15 minutes, if that, from the Interstate. Early morning and late afternoon are best.
