Florida Trail - Choctawhatchee Chapter Pages
The MEETUP's and other activities are those of the Florida Trail - Choctawhatchee Chapter. All members of the Chapter are unpaid volunteers. Maintaining the MEETUP Page and sponsoring MEETUPs requires a considerable amount of volunterr time, energy and "YES" some expense ($). There are also considerable cost (in time, travel and direct expenses) associated building and maintain local hiking trials.
Membership in the Florida Trail Association (FTA) is not a requirement to be a MEETUP member or to participate in any activity. However, it is highly encouraged! The majority of our activities, trail maintaining and trail building are funded via membership dues and donations. Please consider joining FTA and be generous with your donations.
