This 2-hour class will intellectually challenge every student to use critical thinking in how they perceive food. It will discuss the ethics of food production and the consequences of our food choices, the impact on our health and the environment. The presentation will conclude with a healthy cooking demonstration and food sampling. The fee is $9. This class will be held at the Hillsborough Community College (HCC) Collaboration Studio located 5 blocks south of the HCC Ybor City campus. Address is 1602 N. 15th Street at 5th Ave., Tampa.
