Protest Ringling Brothers as they unveil their new stamp in Sarasota.

Please join local PETA supporters in speaking up for animals that are used in circuses during Ringling's stamp unveiling. The new series of vintage stamps is their most recent stunt to hide the cruelty that animals face under the big top. Animals that are used in circuses are beaten into performing tricks, travel long hours through every weather extreme, and are deprived of everything that is natural and important to them, and that is nothing to celebrate.

SIGNS WILL BE PROVIDED:-)

When: Monday, May 5th, at 10:30am-11:30am
Where: The Ringling, 5401 Bay Shore Rd, Sarasota, FL 34243 (the event is taking place outside of the Ca d'Zan mansion but please meet outside of the Art Museum)
Contact: Amanda Slyter at [masked]

Thank you...... you know, it seems to me that everyone associated with Ringling is a clown! Don't want to sound mean, but there it is.....

So sorry that i cannot be there -- I would LOVE to protest Ringling (can't stand them), but my only son had an accident and I need to go out of town to see how he is doing. Best of luck -- I know you will be fantastic. How great to merge with PETA for this.

No, this is a special event that Ringling is doing to get publicity for their new USPS vintage circus stamps. There are going to be clowns and a ringmaster, etc. We want to be there to speak for the animals.
