Home Movie Night: Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead

Learn how to improve your health by watching this entertaining, informative and inspiring film.  A summary of the documentary states:

"Overweight, loaded up on steroids, and suffering from a debilitating autoimmune disease, Joe was at the end of his rope and the end of his hope. With doctors and conventional medicine unable to help, Joe traded in junk food and hit the road with a juicer and generator in tow, vowing only to drink fresh fruit and vegetable juice for 60 days. Across 3,000 miles, Joe had one goal in mind: to get off his pills and achieve a balanced lifestyle."

Gather friends and family any day that's convenient to watch in the comfort of your home and learn how to take better care of your health.

This film is available for checkout at the Tampa-Hillsborough County public library and in addition for rental or purchase at a variety of locations.

It's listed as a DIY home movie night to encourage people to pick a night that's convenient and invite others to watch. That's why it does not have a location. It's not a set event but if anyone wants to make it an event at their home, they are encouraged to do so and invite others. Glad you liked it. I thought it was great, too.

Hey Isabelle, Is this happening somewhere or does this just mean to make it a home movie night in our own homes? Loved the movie, watched once, but will definitely watch it again.

I'm surprised by the level of growth I've seen since becoming an organizer, it's given me more confidence in my abilities.
