WELLBEING WORKSHOP... Getting the balance right between modern stressful lives and managing our wellbeing can often be a challenge, so take some time out to recharge your batteries and build a personal resilience toolkit to take you through life.
In this 3 hour workshop you will:
• Understand what's happening to your body when you're stressed or anxious
• Experience practical and effective techniques you can use every day to increase your wellbeing
• Learn how to use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to release negative emotion and unwanted feelings during times of stress and upset
• Use an amazingly simple breathing technique to reduce your base stress and anxiety levels
