Flushing TM Meeting: Zipper Day!

Many of us wouldn't know, but the modern zipper was invented by Gideon Sindback on this day in 1917. Zippers are one of those gadgets that we take for granted today, it's purpose is to simply keep things held together. Our toastmaster meetings is the zipper to members becoming friends/family, and the zipper to our commitment in practicing to become the top speaker and leader in our field. Lets zip up!

First you forget names, then you forget faces, then you forget to pull your zipper up, then you forget to pull your zipper down.
