Comedy nights in London are the best, there is always a really good vibe, relaxed atmosphere and you never quite know what to expect! Join other relaxed singles in a non presurised environment. Have a laugh with great company and FREE ENTERTAINMENT.
Join us at "The Best New Act night in London!" - Time Out "Free and Funny" in Angel has been running for almost 2 years now and is often named by acts as the best open mic night in London. Audience members come back again and again to experience a fun and funny new act night. Sometimes it's surreal, sometimes it's pure professionalism; but it's always fun. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note we are meeting at the Camden Head near Angel Station, not the one near Camden Lock. Address: Camden Passage, N1 8DY. Nearest Tube - Angel.
We will meet from 6.00 onwards downstairs in the pub for pre comedy drinks/mingle & the Comedy Starts at 8pm,
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note members can arrive anytime from 6.00, I will be there. The comedy starts at 8 and they queue to get in from 7.30pm. The room that the comedy is in has limited places and I expect it will be busy this evening so please arrive early to avoid disappointment. Also if you do not arrive before 7.30 it may be that we have decided to queue at this time so you may not be able to find us. So please arrive before 7.30.
I am unable to make a table reservation at this pub, so I will sit at the table with a sign saying 'Flying Solo' on it. So have a look around the pub until you can find me!

Really good night, again! Nice people, upbeat & friendly. The pub was really nice, the wine was good & prices not too bad. I especially liked the way that the guys warmed up my glass for the mulled wine! small details that make all the difference to me anyway. Comedy was good, interesting to watch new acts and a few of us got picked on, but not too bad, all good!

Ive made the meetup time from earlier because we may have to queue up for the comedy at 7.30 and I feel that starting at 6.30 doesnt give us enough meet up & mingling time.
