    Meeting Minutes - Part 3
    - Madeline was a pleasant surprise package with her extremely well worded speech. She spoke about the struggles and joys of motherhood in her speech. Heather evaluated Madeline and appreciated her command on language along with her ability to interact with audience on her very first speech.

    - Anu was the 'Table Topics Master' for the day and she took everyone through a series of embarrassing moments. It was a fun round as many could relate to the situations and everyone had a different take of the situations. - Sophonnary was our 'General Evaluator' for the day and she appreciated the contributions of all the functionaries. Following are some of her suggestions for our meetings.

-- Participants should bring in their books to every meeting to read about the role and also to ensure they get evaluated for their role.
-- We need to figure out a way to encourage more usage of word of the day. Charging fine is one way;)
-- Consider awarding table topic speakers

    Meeting Minutes - Part 2

    - Matelund took us throw a bee friendly ride with many of his bee tools as props during his second speech. He almost got us panicking when he reached out to his big bag as many thought he might have snuck in some bees exclusively for our meeting!!

    - David evaluated Matelund's speech and appreciated his ability to deliver such a complicated topic in a conversational tone. He also shared feedback on organization of speech.

We had a wonderful meeting yesterday with two wonderful speeches, an embarrassing table topics round and a good number of guests to enjoy everything the meeting had to offer.

    - Anu started the meeting with a gavel bang as she was replacing Haojin (Our Sergent of Arms). - Jean Carl was our 'Toastmaster' for the day and he was great in ensuring the smooth flow of the meeting. - Ru stepped in as our 'Joke Master' in the very last minute as Divya was unable to make it to the meeting. - Anna was gracious and definitely not snobbish in introducing the word of day on behalf of - Daphne to all of us. She also stepped in as the grammarian of the day and applauded great usage of words by madeline during her speech. - Jin was our timer and did diligent tracking of each of our speech durations. - Melvin was excellent as our 'Ah Counter' and he did teach us so much more about the role which otherwise is considered as a simple enough role.
