Meeting minutes: Part 2
-Chinmay shared his experience both in India and US through his 'Ice Breaker' speech.-Anna was great as Chinmay's evaluator and helped him with her many feedbacks.-Anu was our 'Table Topics Master' for the day and she brought a good set of topics that helped us get to know each other a little more than usual:)-Daphne was out 'General Evaluator' for the day and she helped us notice many little improvements that can help us improve the meeting. She appreciated the well organized and more family-like environment maintained by our club over the weeks.
We had many new guests visiting us yesterday and it was great to hear fabulous feedbacks from each one of them for the club. Hope to see you all next week.

Meeting Minutes for 08/20/2013:
-Jack, our new 'Sergent Of Arms' started the meeting on time with a gavel bang!-Jack was also our 'Toast Master' for the day and he was great at it.Matelund brought in cheer to the room by sharing a very classic American joke as our 'Joke Master for the day.-David stepped in as our 'Timer' as Vinoth could not make it to the meeting yesterday. David was great at his job of tracking everyone's speech timing.-Annie helped us in tracking each of our filler word usage by being our 'Ah Counter' for the day.-Madeline shared a grateful word as our 'Word Master' and also took up the role of being our 'Grammarian'.-Jean Carl took us through an adventurous 30 day trip with his second speech and it was a very fascinating story.-Chris did a great job at evaluating Jean and provided many useful feedback including skipping greeting audience at the beginning of the speech as it takes away the opportunity to have an impact on audience right at the beginning.
Looking forward to visit and see if I can join regularly with the club!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
