Burst Training / T25 Workout!

Kick off your health this Fall with this FREE Meetup which utilizes burst training workout systems and the Focus T25 workouts for a weekly 12-25 minute exercise class! Each Class is Different so you get a new workout each week! We meet Wednesday evening from 6:30pm-7:00pm. This workout is perfect for individuals that just want to start working out or to those who want to push their workouts to a new level! You can also get involved with our FREE challenge groups and upcoming events.
