[CANCELED] Clearing a Space-Tapping into the space beneath it all

Ah, the holidays!

I've already had some delightful moments around Thanksgiving. As well as much running around like a turkey with its head cut off.

Our December Meetup will allow you to experiment with an easy but profoundly effective way to tap into the clarity and peace at the bottom of it all.

In our Meetup #3, we are going to experiment with getting a bodily felt sense of an oasis that we will create for ourselves in the midst of the good, the bad and the stressful of the holidays.

And if you or a loved one are suffering from a chronic illness or stress, you might want to make it a priority to get to this meetup! There have been a number of clinical studies showing this specific Focusing practice to be of tremendous benefit in providing profound relief for people suffering from chronic and/or terminal illnesses such as cancer.

As always in our Focusing experiments, the Body's sense of it all plays a leading role.

What we'll be doing: In this experiment, we will be working with a guided attunement in which, one by one, we get a bodily felt sense of all that comes between us and feeling fine and, one by one, set each item down, just for now.

Hint - We often believe that our well-being depends on all the things we don't have that we need to get in order to feel good. This attunement points us to precisely the opposite direction - something else that makes it a most appropriate experiment for the December holidays!

There will also be a demo of a Focusing session with one attendee with the theme of learning to take the time to feel and to spend some time being with the good feelings in our lives.

As always, there is NEVER a need to mention anything you would prefer to keep private. Sensing what feels right to say to others and what does not feel right to say is an essential part of Focusing.

You will immediately be able to draw on this resource at will to access the peace at the heart of it all as you traverse the holidays or any chronic stress in your life you may be dealing with.

As always, whether you are new to Focusing or an old hand, you will quite likely get a lot out of this Meetup.
