Meet others in your local area that love to RUN. We will plan various group runs and then participate in both long and short distance running. We meet weeknights and weekends. This group has folks that show up once in a while and diehards who show for each and every run rain or shine! If your goal is to run 2 miles by the end of the year or to qualify for the California International Marathon (CIM), this is the group is for you. We include all levels of runners.

A Folsom Dam Runner is someone who wants to RUN! That is it. Really! No fees, no qualifying times, no contracts, nor applications. This group was formed with only one thing in mind. Well maybe two; to run and to have fun doing it. This is an informal group with the goal of getting together weekly in the Folsom area to run. As a Folsom Dam Runner you will get weekly emails notifying you where the group will be meeting.

The group is so fortunate to have very gifted runners that are more than willing to mentor you. Our objective is for every Folsom Dam Runner to realize their passion for running and succeed in their goals. You get out of it what you put into it.
