Portuguese Feast at O'Fado

This is a specia lunch at a Portuguese restaurant called O’Fado on St. Clair. The restaurant is putting together a special Portuguese buffet for us which should be spectacular. You won’t leave hungry after this event, that’s for sure. In order to keep the cost down, this is a cash only event, so please bring cash for the food bill. The restaurant is charging a special price of $23 per person plus gratuity for the special buffet. Drinks will be charged separately.

Here is what is on the buffet (all for $23):
Carne Alentejana-Seared pork cubes with clams
Filets De Peixe- Fried sole fish filets
Bacalhau a Bras - Shredded silvers of cod mixed in a casserole with potato, egg and onion
Escalopes a Madera - Veal scallopini
Frango Assado - BBQ Chicken
Peitos de Galinha - Chicken breasts with mushroom sauce
Salada Mista - Green salad
Caeser salad
Parisienne potatoes

This should be a great Portuguese dining experience. Look forward to seeing you there.

The meetup fee for this event will be $1 per person.

TTC Directions:
Take subway to Lansdowne. Then take the 47 Lansdowne bus north to St. Clair. Then walk west on St. Clair to the restaurant.
- or –
Take the subway to St. Clair West station. Then take the 512 St. Clair streetcar west to the restaurant.

Good food. I especially liked the Bacalhau a Bras (shredded salted cod mixed in with potatos, eggs and onions). Thanks, Greg!
